Terms of Service

1. Acceptance

By accessing Shillers (“the Service”) you agree to these Terms. If you don’t agree, don’t use the Service.

2. What Shillers is

Shillers connects token projects (“Project Owners”) running creator-rewards campaigns with X creators (“Shillers”) who post about the project. Project Owners fund a per-campaign Solana treasury; an automated daily settlement pays approved Shillers per view of their submitted posts. The Service charges a 15% platform fee deducted from each payout.

3. Eligibility

  • You must be 18 or older.
  • You must comply with applicable laws in your jurisdiction, including securities, sanctions, and tax law.
  • You may not use the Service if you reside in a jurisdiction where the Service is prohibited (including OFAC-sanctioned countries).

4. Accounts and authentication

Authentication is provided by Privy. Your X account, wallet address, and email (if linked) are used to identify you across the Service. You are responsible for the security of your authenticator and any wallets you connect. Shillers does not custody your wallet keys.

5. Treasury custody (Project Owners)

Each campaign provisions a custodial Solana wallet hosted by Privy (“Campaign Treasury”). Funds you deposit are held there until paid to Shillers, refunded back to you on campaign end, or spent on platform fees. Shillers’ access to the Campaign Treasury is limited to the operations described in these Terms (payouts, refund sweeps, fee splits). Keys never leave Privy.

6. Fees

  • Platform fee: 15% of each payout is deducted at the time of payout and sent to the platform treasury. The fee is not refundable once the payout is sent.
  • Network fees:Solana transaction fees are paid by the platform on the Project Owner’s behalf. No SOL deposit is required.

7. Payouts

Approved submissions accrue earnings based on the campaign’s published rate. Payouts run automatically once per day at 12:00 UTC. Earnings are paid to the wallet address linked to your Privy account at the time of settlement.

You are responsible for your wallet address. If the linked wallet is incorrect, lost, or controlled by a third party at the time of settlement, payouts sent there are not recoverable.

8. Refunds and campaign end

On campaign end (manual or automatic at the configured end date), any tokens remaining in the Campaign Treasury are swept to the Project Owner’s designated refund address. Platform fees already collected are non-refundable.

9. Content rules

You retain ownership of content you post on X. By submitting a post to a campaign you represent that:

  • The post is yours and you have authority to submit it.
  • The post complies with X’s rules and applicable advertising-disclosure laws (e.g. #ad / #sponsored where required).
  • The post does not infringe any third party’s rights or violate securities law.

Project Owners may reject submissions at their discretion. Rejected submissions earn nothing.

10. Prohibited use

  • Bot or automated submissions; view inflation; engagement farms.
  • Posts promoting fraud, securities violations, or illegal goods.
  • Submitting other users’ tweets as your own.
  • Reverse-engineering, scraping, or interfering with the Service.

We may disqualify submissions, suspend accounts, or freeze treasury disbursement at our discretion in response to violations.

11. Tax

You are solely responsible for determining and paying any taxes owed on payments received through the Service. Shillers does not provide tax advice and does not file tax forms on your behalf.

12. Disclaimers

The Service is provided “as is” without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee that any campaign will receive submissions or that any submission will be approved. Token prices are volatile and we make no representation about future value.

13. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Shillers and its operators are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, and our aggregate liability is limited to the platform fees you have paid in the 12 months preceding the claim.

14. Changes

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be announced on our X account or by email. Continued use after the effective date of an update constitutes acceptance.
